FLIPKART FROUD TO ME

Hi....

I am buying a luminous battery at flipkart on 7th march 2020 still item not delivered.
I am cancelled the item 1st aprl 2020 but flipkart update item delivered.
Still item not received and Customer service also not helped to me...
That product buying though credit card. I am not pay single EMI. Bank also charged 3000 intrest.
Now the total amount 15241...

Please help me how solved this issue. more

Ask FlipKart for the proof of the delivery. Also write to the Customer Service Center about their failure to deliver the product. Mention that you have cancelled the order and you have not received the product also and that is why you are approaching the Consumer Forum against them. You can communicate with the actual supplier through their portal. Keep every record as a proof and keep everything in writing to generate the record for you. You will not get any favor from the Bank so start repaying them as you have taken a loan on credit and maintain the reord of it so that you can claim for the same from FlipKart in Consumer Forum. more
