Flipkart. No Customer Service. Unethical Practices.

I found an offer with buy back of my android phone very attractive.
I ordered my MotoE2 for Rs 7999/- expecting Rs 3000/- buy back discount.
Once I placed my order, there was no one to speak or even acknowledge about the buy back offer.
I ended up paying Rs 7999/-.
I'm happy with my Phone othetwise but Flipkart has left a bad taste. more

This is terrible. I do believe that the etailers have an unfair advantage over retailers. Pumped with venture money they are distorting the whole system. If Reliance decides to put 20000 crores in its retail business and start selling 30% below mrp obviously its volumes will rise but all the small stores, even local grocery chains will be out of business. Flipkart, snapdeal are doing same thing. Govt needs to intervene. more
In online business there is an urgent need to adopt ethical practices , then only we can think of popularising it. more
Dear Mr. RAina, surprising that you paid before receiving the product. This is not the fault of flip-cart but the responsibility lies with us. When we go for a cheaper product and try to save money without giving a thought, we suffer. Government (either Modi or Jaitely plus whole cabinet ministers) is not responsible for foolish acts on our parts. Be careful in future. Take care yourself. No body is going to take care feeding you and look after your interests. thanks more
Government should enact law for online shopping, or should ban it, otherwise buyers will continue to be looted. more
I have been telling several times in this Local circle posts that in India we are not fit to introduce on line purchases. Every such companies, even if reputed, do cheat the buyers in some way or other. In the news papers, daily several instances are reported but our Government is bent up on to encourage this trade, without framing adequate protection to the buyers. more
