Flipkart not delivering the product

I had ordered a product from Flipkart on 7 aug with delivery date 11 aug but they didn't deliver and gave New date of 18 Aug and still didnot deliver and now saying will be delivered by 26 aug. I had complained in consumer grivence but no joy till now. These consumer helpline guys just forward my complain to flipkart and they update status as " will revert back". Is this the only consumer helpline can do than what is the use of complaint.

Suggest me what can be done more

Best way is to cancel the order which is not complied and get the amount refunded. more
Flipkart is the best e-retail plat form. The success rate is 100%.Since the inception of the company I ordered one item and was delivered on third day. That is 100% success rate. Further few of my friend's have their son,son-in-law,nephew, nieces are working for Flipkart. They gave me a clue. While ordering you can also mention that you are a relative of a local history sheeter, most wanted criminal, MLA,MP, Police Official(above the rank of S.P) and add some well known surnames of advocates practicing in the supreme court. That will yield good results. Best of luck. more
