I have ordered 8 rings of 22kt BIS Hallmark gold jwellery, from Flipkart.com between 6 th to 10 November 2018 Wich was delivered on 27 November 2018.
Shoking thing was gold weight mentioned on website while purchased and received was different.
Details as follows:
Chitti Gold ring weight was described on website 3.31 gram received only 2.5 gram gold weight . All Total 6 rings of Chitti Gold ring ordered.
And The Dahadaha Gold ring weight mentioned on the website 3.98 gram and received only 3.02 gram gold. Total two rings of this order.
I have lost worth RS. 21000/- it's not small amount...
6.42 gram gold weight less , all put together 8 orders of PC jwellers gold ring more

Some officers of Wbsedcl collect money from the contactual staffs of their concerned after misguided their consumers in different way. more

Dear Mr.Dharmender, At the outset I am telling you that you did a mistake in online purchases, never do such things online, and do get the articles checked for their genuine, as suggested by one Mr. Sourav Das please visit the nearest PCJ and speak to the Manager /in-charge or their head office , taking up the matter with ecommerce site has a prolonged way of doing things. more

It would be better to avoid purchasing of precious items through eComerce companies. You should consider yourself lucky if the ornaments received were not of inferior quality! more
