CEO Niti Ayog and DIPP secretary have said that 1000 laws related to startups have been eased and 17 states are having single window systems now.
I think the purpose of startup India would be better accomplished if both these individuals do a simple process flow of how a start up starts and try to register one in one of the 17 states and then see if any of what they are talking about is applicable.
Hope suggestion taken in right spirit . No point for Govt to work on things that are not needed. more

Actually start ups has all the problems which the person has to suffer & if Government takes nothing from the concerned person & help him in all the respects then I think 50% of the problem gets solved. To think that GST has started & there will be a single window & no one will face any problem like past is asking for too much. Let Government help the people to start their new Business & once it gets flourished or when person can stand on his feet then should ask for returning money with interest. I think it will solve the problem of unemployment as well the harassment that people face due to corruption will also be removed. more

NITI Ayog & all others have specialized now only in one thing, JUMLA as taught by the Boss. Keep fekoing left, right & centre and nobody can do anything to you and pass anything in the name of development. Go to any Govt. Dept for anything and you will get lot of fun for free. And don't forget the GST, the GOOD, SAD & TERRIBLE, the latest invention of the Govt. after 17 years of R&D. Life is really simple today forget about going for a STARTUP. Is it possible to get registration free of cost on line,as initially even a single Rupee is important for new beginner,However based on sucess Govt. may get fee etc. in shape of Taxes, Free registration may be allowed Provisionally however at the time of permanent registration,Registration fee can be introduced . more
