Better copy the airlines model, where microwaved food is served hot. Try using induction stoves if feasible instead of gas stoves and cylinders inside pantry cars. Food vendors often dupe customers with stale chapaties made from low quality flour (Atta) and that too very thick. Dal and curries are horrible. The vegetable biryani and curd rice or lemon rice are made with low quality and cheapest rice grains and undercooked some times and only one or two vegetables in it. Cooks or chefs inside pantry and the caterers always try to make money out by serving less quality with low quality food that even dogs can't think of eating it. Please address the issue by partnering with well established and top quality vendors and not by using auctioning method. When vendor is selected based on highest bidding, he will definitely try to get more profits by serving low quality and low quantity food only. more
