Food Delivery Services during COVID -19
A pizza delivery boy has tested positive for Coronavirus in Delhi. The administration has asked people living in around 72 houses to stay in quarantine.
those who can order a pizza or food delivery items are privileged enough to have enough ration at their homes to cook & eat so i don't see why pizza delivery is considered an essential service in such time to begin with ?

The people who cannot cook, have to depend on outside food. So long they are learning cooking, outside food is the only source. It should be well cooked and remain warm/hot during delivery. more

Instead they should start Veg /fruits delivery services at doorstep, which would benefit many localities specially senior citizens /disabled ones to get these commodities, throughout the year. In the current scenario, it should be a contactless delivery at door , with prepaid orders. more

Its better we should avoid outside food because we are not sure about contamination during the transit and the delivery boy which may pose threat to the whole community during this emergency more

There are thousand of food items (particularly, which are called COMFORT FOODS, all of which are nutritious foods), can be easily prepared in a standard Indian kitchen. Why not try them? I don't remember pizza to be available in any part of India, say 30 years ago. Did people die out of starvation or malnutrition for want of pizza? The world is going through an unforeseen/unprecedented situation. How and when moral senses will start working in such people? more

It depends how well you have realised this Convid19 problem... The question is why we are locking ourselves inside and why are we not allowing any visitor or maid come near us... Only because we do not know whether they are infected and carriers of this virus... In that case personaly, I do not think Pizza should be a priority when other means of cooking are available... Lastly , it is a nture's call and we are supposed to slow down... Even if the restrictions are over, it will be a different world... Better mend your ways...The earlier the better... more
