Food Quality in Railways - Inputs on Root Causes
1) There should be Food Quality Team for Every Trains and Every Stations.
They will check the Quality of Foods on Every Day Basis.
2) During Reservation - Online & Offline, Reservation Form there should be one added Column - Options for Food Requirement Against Every Passengers, Just Like Drop Down for Lower/Middle/Upper.
3) For Every Trains, for Every Classes Coaches, 5 Pantry Cars should be allotted to Public
General - At Every Stations, only Indian Railways should be serving the Quality Foods for General Public, which are passed by Food Quality Team - Station.
Sleeper Classes - 2 Pantry Cars
3 AC Class - 1 Pantry Car
2 AC Class - 1 Pantry Car
1 AC Class - 1 Pantry Car
CC Class - 1 Pantry Car
4) Indian Railways Staffs should have their own Staff Members in order to Serve the Foods to Public. There should be certain standard of Cleanliness, which are to be adhered as per Quality Circle Team of Train. more
