First step is to make aware all the vendors and the sellers of the packaged foods that there is giving to be regular checking of quality of goods and severe penalties will be imposed if there are any shortcomings as spoiled food contents are major health hazard.
This means the relevant Govt agencies have to be strengthened with additional manpower, checking equipments and sufficient budget.
I feel it is absolutely essential to have information stamped about date of Packaging and expiry period.
