FOOD SAFETY

Among the 'Do's' they must include this: Cut fruits and Green salads should be a 'must to serve' item in food served in functions and in restaurants to keep our people healthy- at least it should be available in all the hotels and restaurants. Even in the medium sized hotels these are not available on request even, as they do not consider them as essential. Food safety is very important but the quality also should be stipulated otherwise they will stop serving them, But all the necessary precautions to be adhered to ensure safety. more
