Like to seek advise on what are the 8-10 foods that make us calmer in our daily life. Recently spent some time in himalayas and it was very peaceful and now back to the hustle bustle busy 8-7 pm lifestyle of London.
Tulasi, Kadi Patti, Hari Dhania, Zeera, Methi, Cucumber (Keera), Karela, Bhindi, Spinach, Lime, green amla, - Reduce Chilly & Salt - Drink more water (If possible warm) first time in the morning will help you. Eat more leafy vegetables and greenly ones. Vegetarian diet is always good. Hari dhania cut in to Pieces and boil it in water (You can add two spoons of Zeera and two spoons of Azwan) and boil it. Decant and preserve it in Fridge - Drink one Tea cup of Juice in the night before going to bed - It helps cleaning Intestines. Of course mild yoga and Pranaayam will always helps you. more
