Foot Over bridge non functional at start of DND

There used to be a FoB installed at start of DND on Delhi-Noida side. The FoB worked for hardly 2 years. It got damaged probably because it was of poor quality and since then we encounter huge jams on Delhi-Noida side in evening peak hours and Noida-Delhi side in morning peak hours. Repeated complaints to Delhi Traffic Police and PWD and tweets to MLAs and MPs have yielded no result. Can someone reach the closed ears ? more

sir my humble suggestion is that the nearby area RWAs join hands and hire a lawyer to file a writ petition in the High Court. The court can issue directions to the authorities. Also pls click pictures of the site so that word can be spread on social media too. more
Maintenance is a major challenge in govt jurisdiction. No proper care for their own resource. When ever they need they purchase with taxpayer money. Authority should need to look into it. more
In Delhi there are large number of place where no foot over-bridges exist or they are not designed properly or there are non functional escalators. At Dhaula Kuan change of bus require more than a km walking on the road or crossing through dark underpasses. At Sarita Vihar there is no foot override, people have to cross the road in entering into fast moving traffic. At Anand Vihar most of the time escalator is not working and people can be seen jumping the railings to cross the road. For entering Ghaziabad there is no system in spite of having some 150 meter wide road as it is used by auto rickshaws, parking place by pacific mall and there are barriers to stop entry of buses. The huge land for parking buses is used with low efficiency (compare with the bus stands in Bangalore ). more
Government is Destroying Public Money Instead of constructing new Bridges they are breaking it. What a SHAME ! Thousands of vehicles are stuck daily here Immediate action should be taken by concerned department. more
FOB not only at this place but also at District center Janakpuri - the FOB is installed 350 meters away where as it was required at Dist. Center Janakpuri - and is of no use the place where it is at the moment. Laides and elderly people have to cross the most busiest road - but the govt never ask the general public opnion - simply wastage of our money more
