For homebuyers awaiting possession
Yesterday we met with the homebuyers in projects across Noida and Greater Noida who are yet to receive possession of flats in housing complexes.
I have requested them to come up with a plan or solution by which they can get real-time details of progress with regard to getting possession of their flats. With this post, I request any such homebuyers in this circle to also do the same.
If any such plan or solution is developed, you may share the same for broader review and consensus.
Once the plan is finalized, we will call a meeting of the builders, authority and homebuyers to sort the issues.

Would like to bring attention of DM and other Administration officers of NOIDA on illegal use of Tinted Glass, Loud Sirens and Red Flashing lights on Private Vehicles of some of the so called local Netas or may be Goons Vehicles. In broad day light they are violating Supreme Court Orders and putting ordinary citizens and traffic in lots of stress and inconvenience by their so called self declared VIP Status and none of the traffic police or local police have courage to stop and interrogate these vehicles because they use to put flag of Samajwadi Party. Hope now District Administration of NOIDA should have courage to stop gross misuse of Tinted Glasses, Sirens, Red Flashing Lights on vehicles of so called local Netas and Goons of NOIDA and Gr. A collaborative plan has been worked out with Three C builder for their Lotus Zing Project in Sector 168 Noida Expressway by the allottees to pay the last instalment in two stages . Builder by having meet and sending mail to all allottees has confirmed to complete the project progressively by December 2017. Tower wise completion schedule provided by the builder .Tower wise escrow accounts shall be opened to receive balance / final dues from allottees minus penalty on builder as per agreement for the delays and amount can be spent only on designated towers . An association of Lotus Zing allottees has been formed and regd . Any expenses related to completion of two years delayed apartments shall be jointly approved by the builder rep and association rep . If Builder delays works beyond March 2017 for any reason for towers scheduled to be completed by then , they have to pay penalty @ 18 % beyond March 2017 till it is actually handed over . However the builder has put additional burden of 8 % hike over original cost in individual flat cost by way of so called increase in super area per flat . We are yet to see how it works on ground but we have no option than to agree since we have paid 95% of the cost on time since 2010 and delay in completion is over two years now ! more

Hope this positive initiative will be taken up seriously by all stakeholders. Things have come to such a pass that all efforts are going into wilderness and patience running out at the hands of anarchy. Non availability of information prevented me in attending this meeting. I humbly request the District Magistrate to get these battery operated auto rickshaws some where as these are becoming nuisance for the roads and accidents. Most of these rickshaws are driven by young n in many cases by under age. The manually operated rickshaws are also registered with Municipal committees then why these are not registered n controlled by some or the other authorities. They drive very dangerously and we have save our vehicles but how long we will save ourselves and the passengers in the auto rickshaws. You can get the same vediographed and see for yourself how dangerous these are on the road. If these can not be registered with the transport authority then these cab registered with any other authority in the district or the police which will enable the authorities to know the back ground of the person who is driving. These are meant for the passengers but they carry goods also. They also drive in wrong directions. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action in this regard at the earliest. Second thing is the minance of stray dogs which are increasing enormously and it is high time that there strength is controlled to save the children and elderly people from them.
