Form 10D re Pension
I had worked in 5 different organisations and my Services have been recognised by PF department. However my ex-employer where my PF amount is standing, is refusing to sign Form 10D.
The signature is required for Identification only. Is there any other way which is acceptable to PF department for identification when Employer is not signing.

You should contact with concerned PF authorities they will take the action against employer more

Please check and register for UAN member and get your UAN No. I think UAN memebers can submit the form directly in EOFO office. Though, it all depends on the corruption level of the concerned EPFO office. My Bhubaneswar EPFO office took 2.5 year for paying my pension@ Rs. 2135/P.M. for my service of 37 years! first instllment diposited on 1st Feb 2016 without any arrear after lodging 12 grievances, RTI and then RTI apeal lodging grievance on PM Portal and writing to PF commissioner. God knows when they will pay the arrears! more

I am not sure, but you can verify your details and get signature from your banker. One of my friend did this and got his PF within a month. more

Dear Sir, please let me know what to do when the previous employer does not respond to the submitted withdrawal form two months ago in spite of mail and telephone call about the status of my withdrawal. more
