Sad to read the incident today where due to the carelessness of a staffer a little 9 month old got her finger severed.

This is really the most insensitive and negligent part by the hospital like Fortis . Legally Hospital liability is divided into two main types. The first type is the hospital’s liability for the negligence of its employees.
