FRAUD AT DF SKYWAY ( HINDUSTAN CONSTRUCTION CO.)
On 31st October 2014 , I paid Rs.2,271.through Credit Card for Recharge of 3 month's Toll Charges for my son's car no. DL 3C BA 8003 . though the said amount was debited to my account but not credited to DF Skyway's account . Therefore, again I paid the same amount on 2nd November 2014 . On checking with DF Skyway , they confirmed receipt of the said payment twice but not refunding back to me . I am continuously writing to them but no result . I have given the threatening for court case also but all in vein. It seems , they have digested my money, which is very unethical and case of cheating & fraud by dfskyway. It is going to be almost 2 years but no refund at all . more

They should not do this but if Co. Sky-way is not responding you should approach to consumer court more

this is clearly a case of fraud and cannot be ignored .The Co .Sky-way should know that they cannot make money by unfair means.they have to refund the money. more

You can file a complaint at district consumer forum which will be disposed off in reasonable time as compared to filing a case in courts. more

Anyone having any idea , how to file a suit against them to get my money back alongwith interest and other damages. more
