Fraud Builder - Shubhkamna Advert, Sector 2 Noida
Hello friends. Is their any one in the circle or whom you know who has invested with any of Shubhkamna's project in NCR area. This builder is fraud. If you know anyone please give my no to him so that jointly we can register a complaint. more

Dear Virmaniji. Thanks for your concern. I had booked a flat with Shubhkamna-city at Noida Ext, at the BSP of 3088 / sqft with a size of 975 sqft I paid 10% as booking and 5% suppose to be in foam of cash receipt to be issued by builder to get 85% funding from bank. later he refused and asked me to pay 5% or else my 10% will be retained by builder and will not be refunded to me. to save my money i arranged balance 5% and deposited and got my Builder-Buyer-agreement from their office situated @ sec 2 Noida. A total of Rs 4.67 Lac were deposited with the. when i submitted these docs with DHFL- Bank with whom i had per-approved loan of 27 Lac. DHFL refused to fund me as the tower and the floor they allocated to me was not approved by Authority. I approached with Shubhkamna but not get any response. They asked me to sumbit NOC from broker which i had submitted on 17.12.14. with help of some known person i could get 2.5 Lac from them against 4.67 Lac, and still 2.17 is balance with them. I have sent them 22 reminders from Sep 14 till 21 Apr to get my balance refund but not getting any response. Please suggest next course of action. Hi to All, This is Vivek Bhardwaj, i am also trapped by a builder NAME- Sarvottam Group whose office is at sec - 63, Noida. I have invested in a project at KSN Square in Vasundhra. The builder is a BIG FRAUD AND CHEATER . I have posted my issue few days before here in circle 2 weeks before, my no is 9873320264. Is there some one who has invested in Sarvottam Group. more
