Fraud by Century Holidays (Flowery Club India Pvt Ltd)

We brought a 10-year membership from them worth more than 1L, of which 75K was transferred through bank and the remaining to be paid in installments for which bank details and my signature was taken. However, they are not providing us the service and do not answer emails or calls and even if they answer it will be "will check and get back to you". I like traveling and thought this to be a good investment and that's why invested. I don't know what to do. there are other people from different parts of the country who have also become a victim like me. Can anyone suggest what can be done? I have raised a complaint in consumer court but no response.

Complaints raised by other people:

It is better to get in touch with consumer guidance forum of your area. Now with changes in consumer protection act you can file complaint against Century Holidays in your city and they will be in trouble to send an officer to your city consumer court to attend the case file by you. This is the only alternate you have at your disposal. Take help of Consumer Guidance Cell in your area. You can get address on net. more

Sir being an advocate as well as Insolvency Professional would advice you to give notice under IBC provided your total dues are 1L or above (inclusive of interest cost) they have to pay the amount within 10 days or can be proceeded under insolvency laws which are much stringent as compared to consumer laws. more
