Fraud by Club Group of Hotels at Crown Interiorz

Dear Sir

I am Sanjeev Kumar Gupta from Sector 28.
I was sold 2 Years Trial Pack for 15000/- from Club Group of Hotels at Crown Interior Faridabad. This membership was sold by Mr. Razvi Khan where me and my family can avail services of Club Group of Hotels for 1 weeks in next 2 Years.

My Membership number:- DRI/FMC/101

I tried making by trip booking twice (by Website and calling their numbers ) during last year. Once for South Trip in March and second time just now on 6th Sept 2013. In both the cases , None of my booking was reverted. For 6th of Sept, When I tried to book surprisingly number from Razvi Khan was not working.

Even numbers mentioned on Club Group of Hotel site http://www.clubgroupofhotels.in/ was not getting answered .
I even drop emails to addresses but nothing got answered.
I visited Faridabad office ,This was also closed. Finally since I could not get response from Club group of Hotels.

I have written to Club Group of Hotels corporate address as well 4 weeks back but no response. On internet I see many people complain about this group and seems this company is completely fraud/cheater with same mode of operations.

I have all documents and details with Club group of Hotels including Emails which I made to them but no replies .

To me , It looks like this complete group is fraud and working with same mode of operations across many cities and cheating people. I thought of bringing this case to your notice which may help preventing fraud to many other guys across.

I have all the documents related to this membership. Looking for your support to look in to the issue and catch the culprits.

I approached Sector 28 Police station for FIR but they instructed me to lodge a FIR at Sarai Police Station. I visited today Sarai Police station as well with all documents.They promised to take actions on this.


Looking for your support to prevent such frauds with other people. Hope we can investigate this with Economic Offence wing as well so as to get the same case prevented with others. more
