Fraud by Hero Electric Bike
I had purchased bike from Hero electric Company. Bike is totally faulty piece. I face lots of problem within 4-5months after purchase & still facing many more issues (Battery Average, Motor, Break failure, Loose connection)everyday. Company declared wrong Average about Hero electric Optima. Service center is 32km far from my place. And Many service Center are not working eventhough Company showing Service center on website. Service center's people charges 500-600 charges for one visit eventhough bike causing new problem every week. more

This is a serious issue particularly when the Govt is planning to aggressively promote the transition to e-vehicles at an accelerated pace. The manufacturer mentioned is also an established one of repute. Do write to the Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (www.eeslindia.org) and request for their support in taking up with the manufacturer.That will also help other present and potential future customers.Thanks for bringing this up. more

File an application vfor appointment of some expert who should bring out the defects in vehicle and then refer to warranty clause. Definitely you will get benefit more

Thanks for the information. I plan to purchase in 1/2 month. Lets search for some better option. more
