Fraud by Mobikwik

Initially Mobikwik is a site for payment of bills but now this has become a a large company. How..? I want to share my experience with all of the people who uses such sites. Today morning I got a msg that Rs. 1000 /have been withdrawn from my account of HDFC BANK credit card by mobikwik. When I contacted them they refused, than I contacted credit card which confirms that the transaction has been made on ur card. I was compelled to block my card. I again tried to ask mobikwik but they straightway refused the transactions but lastly I compelled them to accept the transaction. So how these small companies are becoming large by cheating on the name of deal of the day and some other offers. Its my humble request to the customers who uses such sites please be alert of the frauds. more

How is it possible. We have to input pin no. And also key in OTP for transaction to happen more
Using of Debit Card is better option but like paytm and some other online payment portals they ask their users to predeposit some amount in their account which is at their mercy and users have no control. Other way is that for online transaction a separate saving account can be opened and minimum amount is kept in the account. When ever a big purchase is planned required amount can be deposited / transferred. A debit card issued for the said account will be quite useful. more
Even Paytm is big cheat and under the garb of Start ups these companies are looting people and going scot free under the pretext of Digital India more
It is better to be alert and take precautions and avoid any ECS provisions in your bank accounts particularly for these money transfer entities like Paytm or mobikwik etc. You cannot leave using these services merely on apprehension of being cheated as they also have some advantages. more
Please avoid using credit cards. Instead use debit cards more
