Fraud in the name of Snapdeal.com

Today i got a flier via Indiapost from some group impostering as Snapdeal and offering me a cash prize of INR 1 lakh with a scratch coupon worth INR 10 lakhs. They asked me to contact the phone number 09062369285 but not to Customer Care number of Snapdeal.com. more

Let us be careful. Plenty of people are moving around to cheat you. more  
Such things are not new and happening to almost all of us in these days of telemarketing and since revolution in our telecom sector and the fraudsters are taking full advantage thereof though it has been disadvantage for the common man. Every morning when you open the day's news paper(s), you will find several reports of cheating in similar to the lines you have reported here. On receiving any calls, messages & mails offering you any kind of financial benefits out of the way and to which you are in no way connected, simply overlook and ignore. Otherwise you will be trapped and defrauded. Be careful. more  
Jago Graham Jago of ministry of consumer affairs is useless , they simply advise consumers to go to Consumer courts even in the small matters. Government must look into this matter and do the needful to solve consumer complaints. more  
I ordered a foldable mobile stand at cost of ₹ 134. When I received today the product it has bill of ₹113. In email snapdeal sent pdf of bill ₹113 and mail body showing ₹134. It's Fraud. more  
Complaints should be filed with police seniors by email in such matters immediately by patriot citizens before they disconnect their phone connections. more
