Fraud of online shoping

I ordered one new mobile from flipkart on 01/11/18 and done full payment by credit card , but today is 13/11/18 and my mobile is still not delievered.
Company is not giving responce and i called them every day but because i am common man so in india i am born to face trouble.
They did not call back and not giving any reason why mobile is not delivered.
I continously called their call centre but no one is helping me. I am facing mental problem because i have no money to fight them. more

It seems Indrasain is very ignorant. Naturally, such things happen to you. You have not mentioned what date delivery was promised? Have you contacted Flipkart support? What is their response? Usually, they have a good support system and even if goods received are not as per promised on website, you get your money back. It depends on how you have made payments. I ordered Cash on Delivery , a small item (TV Remote), it was not as per shown on website, and was not working either. I asked them to take return, they did and got money in my bank account back. Simple. Just follow all instructions, keep screenshots of all order page and item description page and you are through. I did this on SNAPDEAL . but in general, if you are good at documentation and follow proper procedure, you get your money back. But doing stupid things get you in trouble. And then, you do not want to follow any process also, god save you. more

Mr Indrasain Jain, you may proceed as suggested by our friends. But please do keep the copy of the online order placed with flipkart and the copy of the documents (emails), etc in your safe custody. The documentary evidence (along with dates) will help you in fighting your case.....Good luck to you. more

Yes, Flipkart delivers wrong order also. Goods are not like they are shown in pictures. Cloths bought in Online shopping through Flipkart are totally useless and waste. We are losing money because of Phonepe. Money in small amounts have be left in the account(phonepay) without using as goods are not available for that amount or prices. more

Write a letter to the consumer court . Send photo copies of their money receipt. They will do the needful more
