Fraud transactions in my account
My parents dispatched a New ATM card through Trackon courier Pvt ltd. website address is www.trackon.in and my delivery had to come Mohali Punjab but courier company delayed my delivery and they were not responding I tried many times to contact them but no one responded.stilll I didn't receive my ATM card in between someone called me and told me I am calling from courier company due to bad network in your phone we couldn't connect you so your delivery is in pending status if you want again so you have to charge rupee 10 then we will reprocess I did the same they shared a link of courier form I filled it meant they collected all information and 50000 Debited in my account. Still I didn't receive my ATM card from the courier company. Please suggest me what should I do. more

Now days Fraudsters are more tactfully handling the matter and cheating the customers. Our Cyber Crime department is silently sitting some where and not available for help. more

Immediately get your card blocked through you banker. Thereafter, you should apply for a new card. more

Immediately report to bank about fraud trxn ,submit card dispute form to bank.second report FIR to your area police station.n also report fraud complaint to where your money trf for e.g google beta.com or some popular shopping site like flip kart etc. So they will take strict action n stop the order placed. more

Lodge a complaint with the cyber cell in your area. They will try to nab the culprits. Also block your card. more
