Frauds in bank transactions and bank escapes from responsibility to withhold the transactions

Currently fraudsters become active highly and cheat bank customers by many techniques, innocent customers of banks looted and they do all necessary things to save their hard earned money but banks are not supporting us evenvby withholding transactions and we are ruined, everyday this happens with many clients but banks are not taking any preventive actions, I am sure that this is big scam and we should either boycott digitalization of banking or strong protection and safety of our money in case of fraudalant transactions must be given to us by bank or government.
In my case in the name of your payTM kyc suspended, and update it the fraudalant transactions taken place I came to know and within 20 minutes I instruct the credit card department to hold the transactions but they did not do anything and now ask me to pay the amount of transactions which I have not done.
I have written to RBI, PMO, CMO, file complaint in consumer helpline, file police complaint but they don't register FIR
Can anybody help me how I should proceed further to teach the lesson to bank and to get back credit of fraudalant transactions more

Dear Amitbhai, Big United group of weak people is strong enough to protect their own interest and also strong enough to convince the mighty to come their own way. Secondly the main objective of the government regulatory body is to protect the weaker sections of the society and protect the interest of the larger part of the society. Our efforts and request to government is only to form a regulatory body to protect genuine business people and genuine customers. more
