Fraudster Accounts on OLX Facebook marketplace
Beware! There are thousands of fraud accounts on OLX, Facebook Marketplace, and other such websites who pretend to be from Army background. They trap people by saying they would want to buy/see things. Once you make advance payment after their emotional appeal, They are gone!

I received a call from an alleged LIC agent saying that I had received money and to give my account details etc. I promptly noted down the number and went to the LIC office to complain but they just smiled and said it was a hoax. I gave them the number but they would not accept it!!! We the people have to look after ourselves, as no one will look after us. more

Yes, there are several instances but neither the Government nor any other authority has so far taken any effective steps to eliminate such frauds. One has to be extra vigilent. more

People should avoid attending calls from unknown persons as well as the comfort of selling/buying online. No Govt. can afford to attach a policeman with every citizen. more

Cheating in every sphere is increasing & there is no end to it.Facebook advts are also full of frauds & to earn money they display the advt without verifying more

If you are selling something, these buyers will ask you fir your account details in the pretext of making payment. Beware of them as well. more
