Fraudulent activity by Lenovo and its dealer

I purchased a Lenovo laptop for 37000 from Lenovo authorized dealer. This laptop was already used by someone else and they resold it to me. I could see there was 6 tickets were opened for this particular serial number before my actual purchase date. Now the dealer is pointing the lenovo for further assistance. Lenovo is not even replying to my emails. I have all the necessary proofs. Can someone suggest how to file complaint against them? more

It is not expected from Lenovo. Please send a notice and in case no response is received, please move to consumer courts. more

Go to Lenovo Facebook website and paste your entire ordeal narration there...Facebook Pages of Companies are monitored by Senior Executives who are much more prompt in response than Help Desk executives. more
