Fraudulent activity by timesjob.com

My experience with timesjob.com
I am an Engineer working in an Organization and trying for better opportunity for few years. There are many computer phone calls everyday in mobile and as a job seeker I agreed to registrar in their site and through net first they said a package for India and abroad jobs as Rs 5850 in 2012 for resume writing and jobs and after paying that online in their website timesjob.com they said another Rs1650 for education and job verification otherwise the procedure will not complete so I paid that but after paying no job call came in my way. They have given some representatives mobile no. that also they cut if I ask for any job call. After that I lost trust and left it as it is . Recently again some one called me from timesjob.com through computer callin April 2015. When I said my last experience he assured me I that he will again activate it if I pay Rs 1750 online. As my money was lost trusting the Person some Monoj Kumar (ID SA10B) I paid the money as he called me whole day. Then he introduced me for some verification from his senior some Mr Azad he again lead me to another payment of about 5400.00 when I refused he assured me that there will be no more payment after this. But after completing the payment he again lead me to an amount Rs11400 and considering there trap I refused to pay and tell them to give service according to my already paid amount. But he refused so I asked to return my paid amount and he declined and cut the phone. I lost a huge amount of hard earned money by this fradulent activity of timesjob.com representative. How to get back my money can anybody help. Also is there any law to stop such fradulent activity of organization like timesjob.com through representatives. How they can disturb anybody anytime? My advice to all donot trust organization like timesjob.com. and if anybody can advice how I can get back my money. more

Thanks to all for valuable comments. After writing my problem in this page some representative from timesjob.com continuously tried to contact me via computerised call and finally after two days I received and he claimed himself from quality assurance department. I told him the incident and he tried to assure me to enquire and asked if I am interested with the order and told me that I need not to pay further, when I hesitated to trust and finally end the conversation there. And after that next day I found that the orders are updated for refund the last payment I have done in April 2015. And finally today I received the refund of the last two payments. Although I have lost my earlier payment but due to this forum I think I received my last payment back. Regards to all. And also like to add to all including myself to be careful in such unknown deals. And special thanks to page initiator. more
Timesgroup is doing a Fraud of a scale bigger than SAHARA Group. The MD of Times-group must be put behind bars for allowing this to happen. This will be more than 50000000000 Crores scam but allowed to run. Go ahead an file police complaint immediately and take full refund + compensation no other thing will work. They are the only people working and helping despite poor facilities and infrastructure provided. Judiciary will not work if you file a case it will go like Bhopal > 34 yrs Ex prime minister killers case or ex chief-minister of Punjab killers.Because the Judiciary is the most rotten wing among our 3 pillars of democracy. more
I have purchased an used car M800 bearing No. AP30C6556 from Varun Motors pvt Ltd., 0n 7-09-2012 and from the date of its purchase I have incurred huge amount for its repairs for each K.M. They issued two bills for amount of Rs. 63,000/- instead of 65,000/-. The delivery challan issued for Rs. 65,000/-. As such they have avoided showing Rs. 2,000/- deficit towards VAT and IT. They used to sell damaged, scrap, useless and assembled cars with the help of creating Fake RC books and Insurance. The insurance coverage issued by The New India Assurance company policy number 62120031120100000772 valid from 11-05-2012 to 10-5-2013 showing total vehicle value is Rs. 1,05,000/-. The used car M800 bearing No. AP30C6556 is accidental car as such it will not be valued so much high price. The Seller Varun Motors pvt. Ltd True value division is cheating the public by selling assembled cars with the help of RTO and Insurance company. It is desirable to issue suitable enquiry against the Manager Anil and P.Satya @ Satyanarayana, Sales agent for duping the public in selling assembled cars by fitting non-genuine parts, battery etc., When they are selling used certified cars.(See above about the mariti). The certificate should be handed over to the purchaser by keeping one copy with the company. The above matter relating to the company is false. In reality it is different. The said Manager Anil and Sales agent P.Satya @ Satyanarayana not only cheating the public but also cheating the government. So it is desirable to conduct a detailed enquiry against the company and its workers and to save the public. The above version of Maruthi true value is false. I have talked to its manager Anil for several times, wrote a letter to him and sent several Emails, but they did not respond to rectify the defects in the car or to exchange the car. The Manager Anil and its Sales Executive P.Satya @ Satyanarayana are duping the general public (purchasers of used cars) and looting the money by cheating public and government also. I bought the car only because of trust I had on the Maruti True Value though it was non true value maruti-800 and had no warranty. When I bought the car, the car had no battery installed; I have purchased a brand new battery and took the car from showroom. The car started giving me problem right from the first month. Earlier they said me that they had inspected the vehicle, but when I contacted the executive he said they did not inspect the vehicle as it is non maruti vehicle, they simple changed their words and said as it is a non maruti car they cannot help me. I never expected this from Maruti true Value. I got cheated by Varun Motors I, therefore, Humbly pray that to issue a suitable directions to Superintendent of Police, Srikakulam to conduct necessary enquiry against the above company and its employees and also to direct the I.T department to verify the IT returns with bill books and delivery challans for deference amount which was not shown in the IT returns and also to direct the M.V.I or Transport authority to inspect the used vehicles which are kept for sale to issue necessary certificates and its genuine value and to save the public from the cheaters as stated above., and do do needful justice to me. Further they are liable for prosecution U/S 25, 420, 427 r/w Sec. 120B and relevant provision under I.T act and M.V Act and also under section 2 and 12 of Consumer protection act. since I have been still suffering physically and mental agony. I would like to say that you have well and fully trained your managers/staff working in Maruti True value how to cheat the public/customer by selling damaged/scrap cars at high rates. By luckily, recent past about week back your another branch Maruti true value at Hyderabad-70 (RR Dist) highly influenced me to sell a 10 years old Alto VXI (no central locking, remote and automatic door locking system) completely roof damaged (which value might be "0" at least taken 10% depreciation per year according normal prevailing procedure @ Rs. 1.65 lakhs. This is the attitude your company. I made several complaints against your manager of Srikakulam. 532001. Till date you have neither taken any concrete action against your manager nor informed me any thing what is the progress of my complaint. mail@consumergrievance.com 8/29/14 to me Dear Consumer, Thanks for writing to International Consumer Rights Protection Council (ICRPC). I also paid huge amount to the same company during the period 2009, but they did not do any thing. Further they again and again asked me to pay the amount, but I did not do so as at the first instance the company cheated me. Be careful. Not only the present job.com sites all other sites like matrimony sites also only looting money taking the weakness and innocence of the general public. Be ware brothers and sisters do not pay any single rupee to any of the web sites viz., job, matrimonial etc., Further do not purchase any items through online as the Naptol and another company cheated me by delivering the useless damaged goods by taking huge money. Be careful. more
