Fraudulent ecommerce websites
I want all consumers and officials of consumer affairs and other depts like IT to take a look at the attached. They were promising iphone 11 for 26000 when market price was 50000.
Modus operandi was to import the phones from overseas declare really low value and hence evade duties and then sell the phone to Indians.
Not sure if they also conducted fraud and never delivered.
Regardless multiple loop holes to be plugged more

Since consumers are using more of e-commerce sites nowadays New Law is required to control e-commerce sites exclusively. more

Alas, All these years (I am 78 now) I thought that Indians are one the God's creations with highest intelligence and above average IQ, shrewd business tactics. I am not giving examples since the IT revolution dawned on us since 2000.(Before that it was only for the elite group).So many intelligent Indians have fallen prey for these crooks, and, yours faithfully is also one of them. Being blessed with a crooked Indian mindset, and that too at this fully matured age, I have a theory. These fraud online sales platforms are proxies of the big giant online stores "like" Amazon, Flip cart, Jio Mart, so that people lose trust in any other online shopping website and people will go only to these giants. Since online stores do not necessarily register in India, they can escape from the law of the land, and someone who got cheated wakes up and warn the society at random. more

I have pretty bad experience with two e.sellers who were advertising at FACE BOOK, I paid them through safe payment RAZOR, neither I received goods nor any reply from both the companies. IT cell of Delhi police is completely non responsive. Listed are following e commerce sites: a-shopdeales ICEBIRD Even gateway payment Razor pay has not responded nor acted. a-shopdeals sent me order confirmation and falls shipping details of courier TNT, There is no such shipment details trackable. more

There are many ecommerce sites, who are frauds. It is better to check their activities and rating before dealing with them. more
