Free Feeding
In India we are kind heart people. We give donations for poor feeding, we give alms etc. In places of worship irrespective of religion free food is provided. On festival occasions, birth days, programs we provide poor feeding. In places like Varanasi, Amritsar, Maths, Ashrams etc. poor feeding is done by some philanthropists. There some trusts only with object of poor feeding.
No doubt the object is laudable. But the recipients i.e. the target group are not identified. So under Food Security Act, all such target could be identified and allotted identity cards. This practice is in vogue in Ramanasramam at Thiruvannamalai.
I do not mean the Government should encroach into the religious freedom, but it can stream line benefits to the target group.
Why I am proposing this is because the beggars are being used by anti social elements to ask for alms, they get free food the above stated outlets.
Thus both the beggars and the kindness are being robbed by anti social elements.
In Visakhapatnam city the City Police Commissioner had started a drive to move the street children to asylum homes. But the when he was transferred out the same anti social elements had again came on scene. more

Subsidies for free food is a bad game. Even if people want subsidies than it should be given in eqaul amount to all bank accounts linked with aadhar cards. In this way their will not be any type of corruption. It will help more to who need more. more

Sir, Who is anti social elements of society. Mostly ,those have enough money,leader support,uneducated,revenger from anti social elements etc.and Government should have to controlled them,so that our society will free and a local man can rise independently. Regards Anand Chaudhary more
