Free plastic toys with packaged snacks must stop
There have been 2 episodes recently of kids eating the plastic/rubber toy (free with packaged snack/food) and choking.
FSSAI needs to write to all companies in India (giving free kids toys/stickers) to stop this practice with immediate effect.
It is a sales strategy but dangerous. more

Can anyone through light on the rules of the country - to control or ban any free item with the product ??? A restriction has to be imposed by the government. more

The Snacks served must be free of small plastic toys. It is a fact that the kids swallow the contents of the snacks packed fully in their mouth without pouring it in their hand and then eat it. This because the confidence on the seller. The seller though packs some toys for the kids, may not be aware of the harm done. Though it could be the sales promotion or a thanks to the kids who are loyal to their brand, they must ensure to pack them separately and also give big caution not to eat the toy. more
