Freedom of speech

Need for re-definition of freedom of speech has now become need of hour or rather emergency to save the nation from disastrous elements using it against the interest of our nation. Latest update is anti-India slogans in JNU. Earlier also there have been many versions of it including anti-India demonstrations in Kashmir. This disease is spreading like a wild fire in the name of freedom of speech. If not checked immediately by legislative action of Indian Parliament and/or law/stricture of Supreme Court of India immediately, the disease will soon spread to J&K, West Bengal, Hyderabad, Kerala and many pockets of influence where second major community of India lives and some of them thrives on external influence, propaganda, arms and finance. Besides, all guilty involved in anti India activities by speeches/ gestures/acts should be arrested and tried in speedy courts for early punishments including jails and terminal punishments.

Indian Should be proud of INDIA, If he is not INDIAN then only he will go against INDIA. LOVE and REGARD for COUNTRY should always be there 24x7x365. more
Mr Yechuri is seen in Indian politics as the most opportunist pseudo communist leader who tows the line of congress and now have the audacity to comment on the government for the police combing anti national elements in JNU.All this political leaders are just disrobing themselves of their narrow and unpatriotic minds that makes the youths of the nation wonder as to the quality of people who sits on the opposition and shamelessly acts against the interest of the state for their lost kingdom. more
Rajnathji,s India First initiative tho late is a very welcome sign and these seditioners comprising of anti national politicians, media personals , students, social activist ,terrorist should be closely watched and brought to book and given exemplary punishment. Also law should be brought in for using foul language by people of all categories against the state, PM and the President. more
Mr. Prabhakerrao Ji. I partially agree with you. Such persons should be allowed to leave the country with forfeiture of their Indian citizenship after necessary amendments but only after undergoing the necessary punishments as per existing rules. Disenfranchising them is very inadequate/insufficient punishment. more
Cases of sedition, terror etc should be tried by special fast track courts.Otherwise these acts will spread like wild fire seriously damaging the nation as a whole. more
