Front Companies to facilitate Corruption - Inputs Sought
Some of you have written about front companies via your posts, comments and emails.
Front Companies are companies that may be used by Politicians, Bureaucrats to take kickbacks, shares in companies they have favoured, plot of land, etc. These companies are set up by family, friends of people in positions of power and help facilitate corruption.
With this post we would like to seek your insights on how such companies work, various issues you have experienced.
The objective of this exercise is to best understand how this works and then seperately have a discussion on solutions that can be implemented to address such form of corruption. Pl dont categorise front companies of politicians/bureaucrats are only involved in corruption even corporate sector is no diff either, as everybody knows very well that all politicals parties get their party fund from these sector and not from front companies of politics/bureuas, private sector companies are also more involved in black money generating why leave private sector, here only top level executives and directors/ceo's involve in all wrong doings and in the guise of CSR all bullshit doings only name frame !! more

Dear Sir, We need not waste our time and energy in investigating each and every case by case. We can end the SYSTEM of Corruption, Plug & Bring back Black Money once and for all. Since it is a strategy need either need a honest selfless Leader of Authority to hear this and act upon or it can used as a Cinema for the world to Democratically awaken the world to leave a Civilized world to our children. yes,all politicians have either an education conglamorate,or a construction-real estate company.Some have transpot sector-while few may own steel/other business.But all such have many non operating companies/consultancies etc. more

Lower down the TAX - i.e. from 18 % TAX only 8% or less is utilized for country & 10% is pocketed by some or other way. more
