Fructose is a problem
Fructose converts to uric acid , uric acid decreases the production of nitric oxide( NO) , nitric oxide is a vasodilator that means low amount of nitric oxide leads to vasoconstrictor, that leads to high blood pressure. Secondly, raised insulin directs kidney cells to hold salt , more salt holds more water ,ultimately raised blood pressure. Restricting salt will give you hardly any benefit.
Box Breathing : Or also nasal breathing: Nasal epithelium produces NO gas , when you inhale through you nose , this gas goes in to circulation and creates vasodilation ( push down or bp) , so inhale through nose and exhale through mouth/nose. Summarise: Cardio + Resistance training. Box /Deep breathing . Only seasonal and 1/2 or upto 100 grams of fruits per day . Cut sugar. Enough sleep . These may maintain BP in normal range
Fructose may be of differrent Typesnof Fruits Combined with Vitamin C in Citrus fruits the effect may not be to that extent, comment
