Frustrated Lives no fear of law
A 22 year old was raped by 40-50 men in Haryana. We have no fear of punishment either in the state be it life term or POCSO. We just love raping.
I think the key cause behind this frustrated men of India who have nothing to look forward to in their life and do not fear law.
Serious need to reflect where we are going as a state and as a nation.
Solution may not be severe punishments but enforcing punishments and doing them fast and creating employment for all so no one wants to leave a good life and end up in jail. Till then nothing will change regardless of political parties.

This has really become a menance/ epidemic. Government need to engage DOCTORS and social actavists to find right solutions. more

In some Middle East countries, they give Corporal Punishment in Public. So that rest of the people understand What may Happen. I understand that this is not Human, But .....this may be a Right Way to Prevent such happenings. more

Disgusting ! The rapists in India seem to be doing a on-upmanship with societiy and govt. The more laws are being made stringent, the more rapes are happening. You are right. The need is fast trial, conviction and punishment. Rapists should be severely caned on their behinds publicly to name and shame them, like they do in Singapore. more
