Fssai acts on food recall
Looks like they have finally agreed and issued letter to manufacturers.
This is extremely important and what is needed is an easy way for consumer to report (call, post) and the company to refund, recall and take back end corrective action.
I have had on 3 occassions that nestle dahi was bad (stopped buying) but no easy way and chances are hundreds and thiusands of consumers had same issue and some even fell sick.
There should be heavy penalties if recall system is not there or defunct.
