Fssai certification process

Can fssai please illustrate as to how does a certification process work. If one is looking at opening a bakery with some goods of 10-30 day shelf life, what is the process? more

Arun Patro , Yes you have to obtain FSSA registration , if your annual turn over is less than 12 lakhs, you can apply online by paying 100 Rs. need your address proof , in case if your annual turnover is more than 12 lakhs per annum you have to obtain FSSA license , slightly lengthy process. more
