Full pension from EPF

I worked as JE in POWERGRID.My D.O.B: 10.04.1955. Retired on 30.04.2015. Now I am getting pension of Rs.2187/-; I getting news Supreme court ordered to give full pension for all EPFO pensioners. When I will get full pention. Please give me the suggestion to get full pension.

If your organisation is having seperate PF trust, i.e PF maintained by your company as per permission of EPFO, which is Exempted category are still not getting full pension. Many cases are there in various High courts, as such Supreme court directed all such cases are to be transferred to SC from different High courts and accordingly EPFO,Ho asked all its regional offices in this month only to take action to transfer cases after which hearing in SC will start. But for people direct with EPFO which is non-exempted category,EPFO is taking action to write letters to individuals and after working out they are mentioning some amount (differential) to be paid by them to EPFO after which they process for revise pension. more

Dear Mr G Rao, where did you get this information that EPFO will write to subscribers intimating the differential payment. When I contacted my EPF office in Dec 2017, I was told that a prescribed form 3A will have to be routed through employer & EPFO will inform subscribers the amounts to be paid, however the commissisioner told me to wait for 2 moths since something is cooking at EPFO HQ. I have not approached them after that. The logical thing to do EPFO is to do what you are saying, but EPFO being an subscriber unfriendly organisation I was not expecting them to do this. your post gives me some hope. Will you please confirm your news? I have a problem with form 3A because my employer has wound up shop. more
