I visited Tarun Vadhera Furniture Designer in Defence Colony Delhi. He has a Display of Good furniture but when you want to buy he will insist you for getting you designed and make to order as per your Room Size. He takes the advance with Extra ordinary Charges and delivers you the furniture of very low quality. He did the same with me and now not listening. What should be Done for such Cheaters? more

You can go to PAHREDAR also, I saw about it on ET News recently and they will solve your problem, may be it's like Consumer court. Sunil Chaudhary. more

First, write to the seller clearly saying that if your grievance is not redressed, he would be taken to consumer forum. In first place, he will address your issue if you show your resolve and if he does not, you will certainly get relief from consumer forum. Keep the bills etc. safe. more

Please immediately bring out the facts on records by sending a letter of complaint to the company and send the same by speed post. In my view this should bring some results. In case you do not get any respond/redressal to the issue within some reasonable time say 30 days, please send another complaint to the industry association with a copy to the company. The resort to consumer forum should be a last option. However such recourse will facilitate you at the time if you need to escalate the issue to consumer forum. more
