Gastric, Cervical Spondylosis, ENT Tinnitus,

I am Eluamalai age:48, having some heath problems since 2013 onwards, i went so many doctors in Visakhapatnam, but the result is ZERO. the health problems which i want to share with you and expecting the strong solutions from this health circle, the problems are:
1) Gastric problem- For every 30 minutes, gas releases from my mouth, some times from bottom, Even if I drink a glass of water the same amount of gas releases from my mouth.( There is no pain on stomach) During gas release most of the time I am experiencing chest pain, so many times I went cardiac doctor to check, but he said due to gas problem I am feeling chest pain.
2) Giddiness/ Tinnitus: I am feeling moderate to heavy giddiness while walking and even standing, and because of giddiness I feel enormous sleeping sensation, to find out, why this is happening, I have under gone so many tests,
a) Brain MRI scan: The result is Sinusitus.
b) Neck MRI scan: the result is cervical spondylosis with degenerative changes in C3/4 to C6/7 intervertebral disc
c) Blood test: No Thyroid, No diabetes, (Fasting: 81 & post break fast: 125)
d) BP : 130/90
e) ENT Audio metre test: Mineare disease, for which I have taken VERTIN-16, VERTIN-24 for last eight months, But no cure (A continuous ringing sound on my ears) .
If any one having similar kind of problems may be heard or experienced, Please tell me the remedy.

I could not able to find out the what is happening and please tell me the remedy if any one knows. more
