General Elections 2019

General Elections 2019
With the General Elections round the corner in 2019, political parties like always, will come up with promises and jhumlas that they never intend to deliver. It is us, the gullible citizens who fall for such false promises and vote knowing very well that no promises will be delivered. It is all just to reach the seat of power and make money by hook or by crook.
We as citizens should take it up with the Election Commission and the Government of India that if the political party or the individual who has won the elections does not fulfil at least 70 to 80% of its promises as given in their manifesto, the said political party or individual will not be allowed to run for elections for the next term.
This is the right time to start a petition which I request someone from the legal fraternity to start one, and force the government to deliver what it promises in its poll manifestos.
This will bring an end to certain promises, which the poor and uneducated fall for. Like what our honoured Prime Minister had promised during the last elections to deposit Rs 15 lakhs in the account or each citizen, or bringing back the black money from abroad.
This should be for all national, state and local elections. more

Congress again guaranteed immediate one lakh Jobs and , thereafter, one lakh Jobs per year in government and private. ALL SUCH ALSO BE QUESTIONED more
What use? Jumla Governments will not enact or amend the laws for their implementation. more
Supreme Court to advise Election Commission to formulate comprehensive Code and Regulations for all above AND , INCREASE THE PENALTIES LISTED IN IPC Sections 171 E to 171 J and, Amending 171 A to 171 D . S.C. now to call for the basic mandatory system and practice of Elections, replacing the Party refused , discharge of performance incidental to Rule in the Country , Accountability and Responsibility of Citizen Responsibilities and , the audit and disclosure of Party Funds under the Statutory Principles of Audit . The offences in Election period , unjustified and irresponsible performance of Elected Members in the Houses qualify these issue for intervention of Supreme Court of India since 6 decades i.w., more than 12 General Elections under the present absolute authority of E.C. could not lead for an appropriate democratic rule that was contemplated in the Constitution and guaranteed in the Preamble of the Constitution . Though Petition to Election Commission is the legitimate, it is also necessary to simultaneously move the Supreme Court since already 6 decades i.e., above 12 General Elections could not justify the Rule under the mandates of the Constitution and , the Guarantees given by Preamble to the Citizen and Voters. Had the Political Parties shared constitutionally vested performance in the Houses of people in 2015 , 16 , and , 17 , ; Had the issue of Aadhar Card, its Linkage to Bank A/cs, Phones etc., and ; Bank Through transactions ; Industrial and Livelihood Infrastructure Bills ; Transportation and Road Safety Bill etc., , there could have been many several Welfare and Economical Benefits to the Citizen allover and this added with those already set by this NDA LEAD GOI including Health Insurance etc., and Farmer benefits etc., the over all increase of Income together with overall Savings , could have counted to 15 lakhs during their opted Term of 10 years , i.e., two Terms which indeed the minimum for any. The issue of outside Black Money being tied with International Policy and that outside Country's ruling Policy is to be expected to be realized in the second Term since the developments are ahead as also having been witnessed by the Supreme Court . more
