Generating Resources for Fighting Corruption

This is my personal opinion and I might, very well, be wrong. But from the macro-economic perspective, corruption actually reduces the efficiency of capital. Hence, to assure utilizational efficiency of capital, the capital market should take the initiative to generate resources for fighting corruption.
At the micro level, fines, penalties, recoveries, forfeitures, etc. might come up as good source provided speedy justice could be assured. more
