Get rid of common COLD by natural-no medicine
1) heat a cotton kerchief or small piece of cloth using iron box or hot vessel or any method
2)just keep the piece of hot cloth over your cheek (sinus area), nose (to stop running nose), throat area (stops throat infection), below chest (for chronic cold)
3) sip hot water in warm condition (inner tissues get warm)
4) the effect is immediate. Running nose stops immediately.
5) for complete cure repeat this practice whenever you feel.
6) Avoid using fans. Air blow will increase COLD. In unavoidable circumstance cover your nose, ear area using kerchief as mask.
7) Avoid body heat reducing foods until you are completely cured.
8) Drink warm water regularly.
