best of luck, Shayam. just a simple suggestion, more than Patna, it'll work out well in metros, where you have a bigger population of migrants. see most of the restaurants, have Punjabi, South Indian & Chinese cuisines, what is left is covered by Haldiram's & Bikanerwala's but there isn't any menu for east India. I think, that'll give you the right boost to your business. build the right brand philosophy and even sky isn't the limit. best of Luck!! more
