The Lions Club has been offering the Delhi Government and the Central Government to teach whole of the country Art & Science of Self Treatment on Dhoor Dharshan. FREE but We cannot understand how to reach the proper person who can understand it. We have also offered to demonstrate the system to the concerned authorities in open in full view of Press and Electronic Media. We have been teaching it to Indian Armed Forces.
