About corruption I would like to remind my fellow people what Adam Smith, father of modern economics has said, "to counter act bad or unnatural laws corruption is necessary"!
I mean to suggest that corruption is only repercussion of wrong laws. Can we first correct our laws? If possible then, corruption will vanish automatically. more

Plurality of laws and their interpretation are the tools of corrupt officials. Such officials take advantage of loop holes and wrong iterpretation. more

I agree with Mr. Kothare upto the extent of bad law needs to be ammended. One more aspect it the implementing officer how interprets it and execute. I am giving latest incident that a theft occured and one mobile is lost at Ticket counter of Kanjur west station on 20.10.2014 at 06.58am .Now local police says that it is under the juridiction of Govt Rly police & there is no GRP chowki nor any police personnel was present in the vicinity. It has told that person has to go to GRP Kurla for lodging the compaint.Result is thief is free and no complaint is lodged so far. more

Our Laws are weak and the few people who are supposed to implement it are also corrupt. So sad. more
