Go air needs to be booked for violating DGCA order.
Instead of giving cash refund for cancelled flights Go Air is issuing credit notes despite DGCA order. Passengers want money back not their lame credit notes.

dgca and aviation minister should ask go air for violating the order and should have informed the travellers earlier about the same and without any issue refunded the same.Now people will think twice before boarding go air.

I failed to understand, the company which has applied for bankruptcy what value the passengers will have to their credit notes? The DGCA should ensure cash refund.

Credit note is a waste paper if the airline goes bust or taken over by new buyer thru NCLT. DGCA should instruct the notorious owners of Go Air to refund in cash/bank transfer within 5 days.

Credit notes are of no use when uncertainty looms over operations. Further , in a dynamic fare environment, will the airline waive additional amount charged for the flight which the pax wants to use as per his requirement?
