Going Green
I find that in most cities the land-sharks are taking over fertile land and after mowing down all the trees, they proceed to construct residential flats and sell them for a huge price. The result is that all the greenery is vanishing and every town is becoming a concrete jungle. I feel that the Central Govt should ensure that every State Govt passes necessary laws to completely stop the cutting of these big trees. Also it should be enforced that the builder has to plan trees within the compound walls, say one tree for each flat. None of the Govts till now have bothered about this, but Modiji must check this issue and try to do something for preserving the environment. more

Its absolutely right Mr. Ramamoorthy. Clean and green environment is an absolute necessary for the society. It will control the instability in Nature and natural calamities. Hope the NAMO's environment ministry will take care of it and have a proper plan. more

We are gradually grabbing all our open and wet lands in spite of laws and regulations. Pollution will grab us ultimately. Who will save us ? more
