Going to court solution against Noida authority
Yesterday the residents of sector 137 had a win after they went to ngt in regards to the garbage of noida being dumped there.
Ngt has asked difficult questions and given till sep 15 to respond.
Guess when authorities dont listen going to courts is the best approach. more

Let us see whether NOIDA authority obeys NGT order in full spirit or implements it partly. Every body knows that our court can be easily manipulated. more

Wonderful.. Noida as a city has no garbage or waste management. I had to fight hard to put end to garbage dumping and burning in sec 43/42 . However the practice still continues at odd hours. Why don't they put a stronger punishment against anyone who dumps the garbage near residential colonies. At last residents have to unite and fight. NGT team has warned and fined Noida authority time and again. Change would come only when some officials are either suspended or removed for such ignorance. Good work by the Residents. That means staff employed is either not interested to carry out their duty/ are not scared of action likely to be taken against them for their inefficient work or they are inefficient due to lack of capability due lack of qualifications or inefficient administration. In this situation one problem may get solved with blessing of NGT but looking for efficient/changes in management can be delayed more

Good. Probably people for quick CHANCE here. Otherwise court means 5, 10, 15, 20 years and real patience in INDIA. more
