company is registered at his name so how can i get the power so that i can also take my own dicisions and get equal sharing.

first u b sure what u want to do in partnership. and i will suggest take legal advice personally and get the documents prepared according to your need. more

Well.....any other documentation depends upon what business your partnership firm is going to do your partnership deed should cintain all the terms n conditions precisely and clearly on which you both joining hands to do business togather more

Dear Ankitji Every business model has its own inbuilt risk factor and risk management should be your prerogative and yor profits or loss in the business would be proportionate to the percentage in partnership or percentage of shares held in the Pvt.Ltd.Cmpany. Going by the teletalk, the bsiness you intend to join can now attract a partnership deed and for any legal protection, bank account operation etc., such a partnership deed has to be registered. As per your version on phone, the business would later be incorporated as a Private Limited company and the two of you would be the promoter Directors of the same. You can always have a clause to keep 50% share holding of the paid up capital with options to tap the authorized capital, as and when needded. more
